WIT is one of the leading institutes in Uttarakhand that provides teclmical education exclusively to women to empower women in the country. Established in 2012 as a constituent institute of Uttarakhand Teclmical 1 niversity, WIT strives to educate students for the dynamic and highly competitive world. The institute aims to impart the best possible technical knowledge using well-established classrooms, laboratories, library and computer labs, and focuses on the overall development of students to turn them into a responsible citizen. The college has highly qualified faculty in their respective fields of expertise. A large number of conferences, seminars, workshops and expert lectures are organized by the institute that provide a variety of experience and inculcate skills in students which are helpful in their career.
