Dr. Lalita Goyal is Principal Scientist, Research Project Planning and Business Development Directorate at CSIR Head Quarters. She has more than fourteen years of experience of working in premier R&D Planning Division (RDPD) of CSIR. The job activities include R&D Management and coordination of various research activities related to drug discovery, health care and biotechnology within CSIR Institutes as well as in other organizations. She has coordinated and facilitated various projects that has led to creation of state-of-the-art infrastructure R&D and trained human resource assets for the Nation.
