Library
The library at W.I.T. provides the facility of accessing expensive reference and course materials for the students. Students can expand the horizons of their knowledge with the availability of journals, research papers, academic studies managed systematically and acquired periodically. Regular subscriptions to conference proceedings from various Seminars around the country, scientific papers, peer-reviewed journals all enhance the knowledge of our students and provide them with the opportunity to access new discoveries, trends, and inventions made in the scientific field. The library has 2014 books of CSE, 1635 books of ECE, 1386 books of EE, 1965 books of ME, and 1172 books of Civil. Each branch has more than 60 titles which helps the students to refer and gain knowledge.
The campus has a Reading-room for students with comfortable seating and AC for students that can be used by them during their free time.
Recreation Room
The College campus has a Recreation Room for students who can unwind with indoor sports like carrom-board, chess, and table-tennis. The room is available throughout the day for easy access and students with free time can spend it there conveniently. The college encourages students to participate in competitive sports and an on-campus recreation-room helps students to excel in sports, too.
Sports Ground
W.I.T. believes that the development of a student into a successful individual is incomplete without her physical well-being. We have award-winning teams of volleyball and badminton that have won gold at various sports-meets around the country. Sports help in releasing stress and instilling dexterity in students. It further prepares them for intense competitions in academics and profession.
Smart Classes
The institute competes at par with the best universities with its state-of-the-art classrooms. W.I.T. has smart classrooms equipped with visualisers, projectors, smart boards, and modern furniture. Our faculty ensures that students are taught via presentations, videos, and other audio-visual aids to facilitate high-quality education. Class projects, demonstrations are all made with the use of digital media for the better comprehension of students.
Language Lab
To inculcate and improve communicative skills in students, the college has a Language lab. The Lab provides the facility for improvising language skills via verbal exercises. Availability of individual computers, headphone sets, and demonstrative screen ease and accelerate the learning process. The Lab is fitted with modern electrical equipments and AC for making the ambiance comfortable for students.
Mechanical Workshop
The college has a dedicated workshop facility for Mechanical Engineering students to provide practical exposure and hands-on technical training.
Computer Center
The college also has a well-equipped Computer Center that supports digital learning, programming, research, and technical skill development for students.
Hostel
The newly constructed 124-seater Ganga Hostel was inaugurated on 22 April and will be available for admissions starting from the next semester.
Canteen
The college has a canteen for students with a fresh supply of various food and snack options. The Canteen is maintained hygienically and provides meals and refreshments for the students, faculty, and staff.
Medical
Basic medical facility is available for the students on campus. An ambulance is ready 24×7, in case of any emergency. The college has an alliance with leading hospitals in Dehradun for major treatments of its ailing students.
