Mr. Krishan Chandra Mishra is the Head of the Electrical Engineering Department and Assistant Professor in Electronics and Communication Engineering Department, Women Institute of Technology (AICTE Approved, State Govt. Institute, Affiliated to Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun), Uttarakhand, India. He is elected in the position of Joint Secretary, IEEE U. P. Section for the year 2021. He is pursuing a part-time Ph.D. course from Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun since December 2015. He received M.Tech Degree in V.L.S.I. Design (ECE) from Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun, India in the year 2013. He Completed B.Tech Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun, India in the year 2011. He received a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Government

Polytechnic Nainital, UBTER, Roorkee, India in the year 2008. He had completed schooling at Pantnagar Inter College, Pantnagar, U.S.Nagar, Uttarakhand, India in the year 2005. He has been the Executive Committee Member and Convener of Young Professional Affinity Group, IEEE UP Section, India from 2018 to date. He was appointed as Academic Coordinator in TEQIP-III, World Bank Project in Women Institute of Technology, Dehradun under MHRD, India from 2017 to 2021. He has supervised 22 B.Tech Students and 01 M.Tech student’s projects as a guide. His research area is Feed-Forward Voltage Control CMOS Ring Oscillator, Low Power SRAM Using CMOS Technology, Submicron Technology, and Deep-Sub Micron Technology in V.L.S.I. Design. He has published approximately 12 International & National research papers in reputed journals and conferences. He has been successfully granted two International patents and two national patents have been published. He is the organizer of the International Conference 2019-WITCON ECE (2019-Women Institute of Technology Conference on Electrical and Computer Engineering). He had also an organized International Conference IEEE WIECON ECE-2017 (Women in Engineering Conference on Electrical and Computer Engineering-2017) in collaboration with IEEE Bangladesh Section and IEEE UP Section. He is a Senior Member of IEEE. He is also an IEEE Young Professionals member, IEEE Electron Devices Society member, IEEE Women in Engineering Member, IEEE Biometrics Council member, IEEE Council on Electronic Design Automation

He is the counselor of the IEEE WIT Student Branch. He played an important role in the conductance of Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun Semester Examination-2020 in the duration of COVID-19 as nodal officer. He has successfully organized two international conferences, international and national symposiums, STC, FDPs, webinars, and many other events under IEEE. He is a member of several administrative committees at the institute level. He has been made question papers for the external examination of many universities, state-level Entrance Examinations, etc. He has been part of various committees and session co-chair at different conferences.
